Experience and Background

Attorney Marc Stach is an attorney with over twenty years of legal experience representing businesses and individuals throughout North Texas. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Business Litigation, Business Transactions, Probate, and Estate Planning.
Marc typically represents small to mid-sized companies from diverse industries in matters involving Entity Formation, Asset and Stock Purchases, Internal Operations, and Landlord-Tenant issues, among other business related matters. A seasoned Litigator, Marc has experience suing and defending businesses and representing clients as outside counsel.
Additionally, Marc counsels clients in Probate and Estate Planning, His cases also often address matters involving Wills and Trusts.
Marc earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, and his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas Christian University. An Ohio native,
Marc moved to Arlington in 1989. Over the years he has been appointed to several civic boards and commissions, including serving as Chairman of the City of Arlington’s Zoning Board of Adjustment, and as Chairman of the City of Arlington’s Library Advisory Board, both mayoral appointed positions. He is also a member of the Arlington Bar Association and Tarrant County Probate Bar Association.
